Consultation appointments are bilingual: Chinese and English.
All programs are by appointment only, with no same-day drop-in consultations.
2.Confirmation of Reservation & Service Location
After both parties have confirmed the need for the service, we will confirm the schedule with the professional teacher, and at the same time, please complete the payment in advance.
Taipei City / New Taipei City Studio has multiple locations to choose , please contact the official LINE.
If you need to change the content/date/time slot, please be sure to notify us 7 days prior to the booking date to facilitate the coordination of the schedule.
For makeup and hair styling services, please provide reference pictures if you have a specific styling style; please provide address details if you need in-home services or a specific location.
Notes and regulations: Korea eyebrow tattoo this service is only available to individuals who are 18 years of age above or older and do not have any major health problems. Please be sure to inform us of any physical or mental health conditions, past medical history, or special skin conditions prior to your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service based on safety and quality of service considerations. In the event of any subsequent disputes or requests for refunds due to failure to provide honest information about your health, you will be held liable and waive your right to a refund of the deposit/full amount. We reserve the right to withdraw the deposit at our sole discretion and cannot change this decision, regardless of the channel through which the decision is made. In the event of any subsequent problems arising from any concealment of facts or violation of the rules, such problems will be entirely at your own risk.
3.Payment Methods
Online bank remittance/ATM physical remittance/bank counter remittance: Please consult the official LINE to provide bank account number, and after the payment is completed, please send back the last 5 codes for internal reconciliation.
We accept LINE PAY payments.
Booking payment is successful and non-cancellable. Cancellation deposit is non-refundable (can be rescheduled or transferred).
In case of postponement, the deposit will be kept for three months only, after which the reservation will be considered canceled without further reminder.
4.Reservation Completion
The booking process will be completed once the remittance procedure is completed and the date and time are confirmed by both parties.
Reminder message will be sent to LINE one day before the reservation date.
5.Same day service and reminders
It is not possible to modify the booked services/courses on the same day or cancel them temporarily, only accept the latest three days before the original booking to inform the need to cancel and postpone (period: used up within three months), modify the number of appointments is limited to three times, more than that, you need to pay NT$ 200up in addition to the case of handling fees, in the event of natural disasters, typhoons, and other natural disasters will be postponed with further notice.
Don't go to the studio if you are not feeling well, have a cold, or have a fever (Covid-19, influenza, and other viruses and bacteria are severe, so avoid unnecessary infectious diseases and contact infections), and please cancel your reservation 3 days in advance, and choose another time to reserve a time slot.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled instructional class and need to change the date and time, please notify us at least one week or three days in advance. Dates and times cannot be changed more than 72 hours before the start of the lesson.
We reserve the right to cancel or shorten the schedule for late arrivals in order to protect the priority of the next group of guests. If you are late for the scheduled time of the lesson, the class time will be held as usual, and cannot be postponed due to personal factors, so please arrive at the classroom on time in order to maintain the progress of the lesson.
For those who have made a reservation for makeup and styling services, if the content of the demand/gender/role/attendance is different from the initial communication, we have the right to make up the difference on the spot. Therefore, if there is any change in the content of the request, please inform us within three days before the service.
Please refrain from shouting and talking about your work in the public areas of the studio and affect others, we will have the right to terminate the service on the spot, please respect yourself and keep your manners, it is everyone's responsibility to maintain the quality of the on-site environment.
Note before make-up and hair styling service:
a. The day before you need to wash your hair; do not moisturize/conditioner/hair oil.
b. It is recommended to put a mask on your face the night before to moisturize your skin.
c. The face should be clean before makeup.
d. Please wear contact lenses before make-up for short-sighted people.
e. For men's makeup and hair-styling: please remember to shave the day before.
f. Before styling, please change the clothes you need to wear on the day of styling.
Please don't answer your cell phone during the service so as not to delay the professional teacher's execution time.
